Terms of Use

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Liquid Caves Pty Ltd (ABN 69 122 893 270). By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

OurTour is invitation only. Use your own email, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at help@ourtour.app if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Organisers

An organiser sets up a tour, invites its members and makes its decisions: rounds, tees, groups, prize rules and when results are final. Organisers are responsible for inviting only people who want to join.

4. Money and prizes

OurTour keeps a record of expenses and prizes and works out who owes whom. It never takes, holds or pays out money. Members settle with each other directly, and any debt is between those members, not with us. Check the figures before you pay.

5. Scores and handicaps

Handicaps in OurTour are for your tour's own competitions. They are not an official handicap and are not reported to any golf association.

6. Vaelen

Vaelen is an AI. It can get things wrong, so check what it sets up before your group relies on it. Vaelen proposes; nothing it does is final until it is saved in the app.

7. Your content

What you add to OurTour stays yours. You let us store and show it to your tour's members so the app works.

8. Acceptable use

OurTour is for running golf tours with people who have agreed to be on them. When you use it, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post anything offensive, discriminatory or sexually explicit
• pretend to be someone else, or create an account for someone without their agreement
• invite people to a tour who have not asked to join
• share another member's personal details outside the tour they were shared on
• use OurTour to break the law, including the gambling laws where you are
• upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or anything you do not have the right to share
• copy, scrape or download the service or its data by automated means, or try to reach parts of it you are not meant to
• interfere with, overload or try to break the service or its security, or copy or take apart the app's code
• use Vaelen to produce anything this section forbids

If an account breaks this section, we can remove the content, suspend the account or close it. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. To report misuse, write to help@ourtour.app.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep OurTour accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never fail or never be wrong. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our responsibility for any loss is limited to re-supplying the service.

10. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We will give you notice before closing OurTour or your account, unless the account broke these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
